Dr. Dobrina Mollova
Founder & CEO, CAPP
Dr. Dobrina Mollova is the Founder and CEO of CAPP, leading the organization since its establishment in 2005 and shaping it into a globally recognized platform for dental professional education. With over 20 years of experience in the field, she combines strong clinical expertise with strategic vision in medical education.
Before focusing fully on education, she managed her own dental clinic in Bulgaria (1991–2002) and served as Head of a Dental Surgery Department.
Under her leadership, CAPP became an ADA CERP–recognized provider and grew from hosting its first CAD/CAM & Digital Dentistry Conference in Dubai with 100 delegates to welcoming 6,369 participants from 131 countries in 2025. In 2020, the organization also delivered one of the largest free online dental conferences, gathering more than 30,000 participants from 149 countries.
Dr. Mollova is also Publisher and Director of Dental Tribune Middle East & Africa and actively develops educational partnerships with universities, expanding CAPP’s global impact in clinical education.
