FAQs from practice owners
What counts as a part-time doctor?
Any dentist working 3 days per week or fewer at your practice — including associates on regular visiting schedules. You declare this at setup; no automatic tracking required.
Do I pay for my receptionist, practice manager, or dental nurses?
No. Non-clinical staff have full access at all plan levels, always, at no additional cost. You only pay for dentists who are generating revenue.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Cancel with 30 days' notice at any time. Monthly billing available; annual billing (10 months price) saves you 2 months.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You own your data completely. Export everything in standard formats at any time, for free. This is written into our terms.
How does data migration work?
Our team handles full migration from your current system — Dentally, SOE/EXACT, Bridge-IT, or spreadsheets. Included in the £795 setup fee (waived for founding UK practices). Most practices go live within 2–3 weeks.
How does WhatsApp messaging work and what does it cost?
Available on Professional plan. Charged at cost per message — typically ~£0.01 per WhatsApp message or £0.08 per SMS. Your invoice shows exactly what you paid. Compare to Dentally at £0.085 sent + £0.085 received, with no WhatsApp option.
Is Remedico CQC-compliant?
Remedico meets UK data protection standards (GDPR / UK GDPR). We're working with early UK founding practices on CQC documentation readiness. Ask us directly during your demo — we'll give you a straight answer.
We've never heard of Remedico — who else in the UK uses you?
We're launching in the UK in 2026 with 150+ practices across UAE, KSA and Bahrain since 2022. The founding client offer exists because we want 20 practices who'll work with us closely and get our full attention in return — something we won't offer at scale later.
