Augist'2024. Hi there, the Remedico app has something important for you to know! We've released our last update, which includes various features streamlining your billing and scheduling processes for your dental clinic staff.
Flexible administrative editing system, new interfaces, flexible tools, and many other useful fixes and extensions... But first thing first! Let's start with the neat part.
Discounts and new features for invoice management
Now you can add a discount to your prices in percent or absolute equivalent via a simple interface, which may help you to establish a special promotion for some procedures or provide your regular customers with a nice bonus. Additionally, we made a feature allowing you to create an invoice directly from the Treatment interface for procedures with the status "Done."
And one more important addition – since this update, you can delete the invoices (all of them will be marked as "Deleted," which can be found by a special filter in the appropriate tab).
Moreover, we extended editing abilities in existing invoices by changing prices and discounts or deleting some procedures to make the clinic's accounting tools more flexible and useful.
Entended Analytics
The new analytics chart is available now. Here, you can check the number of canceled appointments in different time frames – from week to year. The chart includes a simple infographic with a filter by cancellation cause: Doctors, Patients, Clinics, and Other Reasons.
Thus, you can effectively control and analyze the work effectiveness of your employees and find a top of non-punctual clients (just kidding)
Convenient appointment management
We've updated an appointment flow to make your clinic's scheduling smoother. Now, you can change an appointment status in any place where it is present, including:
- Calendar
- Treatment interface
- Appointment menu in the Patient tab
Due to this function, you can go back to editing an appointment that was previously closed by changing its status to "In Progress." Thus, you can effectively manage the clinic's workflow, eliminating the need to use only the Calendar tab, as it was in previous versions, saving priceless minutes for your staff.
Flexible price list management
Now, you can add new custom procedures in any treatment section with its own code, price, and discount to use in the Treatment interface during patient visits. This feature will help you to personalize your facilities according to your needs and present specialists.
Additionally, in this interface, you can also change the name of in-build procedures that are already presented in Remedico management software to specify your price list according to a specific clinic's region.
