Hello there! This year is almost over, and we have all come a long way, full of challenges and achievements!
In Remedico, we did a good job this year to provide our clients with helpful digital solutions for their dental clinics. 2024 was full of updates and releases, and on the last day of the year, we want to summarize its outcomes as most of us do annually on social media.
New features
In Remedico, we provide our customers with comprehensive and simple-in-use software that covers all the clinic's needs, from administrative and billing tasks to medical records and communication. But first things first, let's take a look at what we have now.
Analytical charts
Our web-based software has various analytical tools that can help you assess your clinic's effectiveness. To be short, with our intuitive, automatically generated charts, you can examine revenue per each doctor/procedure, the number, and cause of canceled appointments, monthly financial progress in your facility, etc.
And many more charts are now under development – we will keep you posted about any future updates!
WhatsApp-integrated Communication Hub
We developed a communicational interface integrated with WhatsApp that automatically creates notifications for users to confirm their appointments, remind them about visits, and notify them about schedule changes or cancellations. This simple feature will help you decrease the number of missed appointments and increase patient retention.
Next year, we are planning to expand this feature to cover all possible needs in communication with patients, providing you with an all-in-one web-based solution for any administrative tasks.
Dentaverse VR App redesign and new features
Dentaverse –– first ever dental treatment presentation software –– was significantly updated and redesigned, expanding its functions for our users. For instance, you can now import and see your STL files for free. Additionally, we integrated two demonstration modes: solo view for one patient and doctor, so you can explore our VR environment yourself, or the dentist can present the treatment simulation to his visitor in duo mode.
Prescription Updates
We fundamentally reworked the prescription tool in our Treatment interface. Now, it is equipped with a smart search, helping you to find needed drugs in a few clicks, and a Print feature that will form a PDF that the dentist can sign manually to make a prescription valid.
Arabic localization
We translated our interface to Arabic and aligned it to the right, making our software more comfortable for local users who prefer more familiar localization. Additionally, users can request a translation in more than 40 different languages.
AI-powered Voice assistant
Remindico –– a digital AI-equipped tool that can process appointment scheduling, confirmation, and cancelation via natural human-like conversation. This feature is integrated into your EMR system, allowing it to save all changes to the calendar.
Pediatric Dental Chart
We introduced an addition to our treatment interface – a customizable dental chart that allows dentists to work with mixed teeth in children, making it possible to track dental development in young patients.
Updates and improvements
In addition to technological innovations in our products, we gradually update existing features, making their functions smoother and more effective for users. This year, we made:
- Refreshed price lists with a function to add new custom procedures or rename existing ones.
- Add room selection into calendar visit scheduling
- Improved tools for invoice editing
- And many other small features have been updated for user comfort.
